We’ll do our absolute best to reply as quickly as we can. We couldn’t very well keep up the whole Super Hero Schtick if we were always slow to respond. Then again, it’s not easy to squeeze into tights and some of those utility belts take some serious time to put on without accidently shooting off a grappling hook.

In most cases you should expect a reply within 24 hours, but there are times when some legion of doom decides to play havoc with our schedule. If this occurs please except our sincerest apology as we vanquish the obstacles preventing us from responding in a timely mannor.
